When you place an order through our website or complete an order through a payment link, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products according to these Terms of Service.
An order is considered accepted only after payment has been completed and PurePoint has issued an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to review, decline, cancel, or refund an order if there is an issue with product availability, pricing, payment, suspected fraud, incorrect information, delivery limitations, or any other reasonable operational concern.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams unless stated otherwise.
Prices, promotions, delivery charges, taxes, and any applicable fees will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.
Payment must be completed through the available payment methods on our website or through an approved PurePoint payment link.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product information errors, or checkout errors. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding where reasonably possible.
6. Order Review and Custom Requests
Some orders may be created manually by our team based on customer communication, selected items, delivery requirements, or agreed details.
Before completing payment for a manually prepared order, customers must review the order summary, quantities, prices, delivery address, and any selected details carefully.
Once payment is completed, the order will move into confirmation and preparation according to the details shown in the order summary.
7. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, order details, delivery location, building access, scheduling, and operational conditions.
Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at order confirmation or during delivery coordination.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including full address, contact number, building access, lift availability, parking requirements, and any restrictions that may affect delivery.
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, unavailable recipient, restricted access, unsuitable access, or missing building approvals, re-delivery fees or additional charges may apply.
8. Access, Measurements, and Site Readiness
Customers are responsible for making sure that the selected items can fit through the building entrance, lift, staircase, corridor, doorway, and intended room.
If an item cannot be delivered or placed due to access limitations or incorrect measurements, this will not be considered a product defect.
The delivery area should be ready before the delivery team arrives. This includes clearing the required space, securing building permissions if needed, and making sure the delivery path is safe and accessible.
9. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Cancellations, returns, replacements, repairs, and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
Due to the nature of furniture, large-item delivery, handling, and preparation requirements, not all orders may be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund after confirmation or delivery.
This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in the United Arab Emirates.
10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item is delivered damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what was confirmed in your order, you must contact us as soon as possible at info@purepoint.ae.
Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the problem.
Our team will review the case and may arrange an inspection, repair, replacement, missing-part delivery, or refund depending on the issue and the result of our review.
11. Warranty and After-Sales Support
Some PurePoint products may include warranty coverage against manufacturing defects. Warranty coverage, duration, exclusions, and support process may vary by product.
Warranty coverage does not apply to misuse, accidents, improper cleaning, unsuitable conditions, normal wear and tear, damage caused by third-party handling, or issues caused by incorrect access, moving, storage, or installation outside PurePoint’s control.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing an order or communicating with PurePoint.
PurePoint is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or order issues caused by incorrect customer information, unreachable contact details, or incomplete delivery instructions.
