How does the cleaning service work?
The complimentary cleaning service is valid for one year from delivery. Appointments must be scheduled in advance and availability may vary by location
What does the fabric replacement service cover?
We offer a one-time free fabric replacement in case of damage, valid for two years from the invoice date. This service does not cover intentional damage or misuse.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Warranty coverage varies by product category:

What is not covered by warranty?
